I had a problem with my wife’s old external HD that would not allow to transfer data from it. It appeared it was corrupted in some way. She had several CDs that had tons of photos on them also. 31 total. I did a search on the internet and found Data Recovery and saw what they can do. I looked at several other places but Data Recovery seemed to fit my needs. I called the number and talked to Curtis. Explained what I would like to have done. He stated he was able to handle my problem and his tone of voice gave me confidence that he was the right person for the job. I dropped off 3 external drives, 31 CDs. Curtis emailed me to confirm what I wanted done. I emailed him back stating he had the information correct. It was a day or two later Curtis emailed me and stated the data transfer was completed and he sent me a page to acknowledge and pay for the service. I picked up all my items 2 days later, took it home and checked everything. It was completed as I requested and my wife was very happy!! 1. Curtis kept me informed of what he was doing and confirmed what I requested 2 All of the equipment and data was cared for returned to me in good good condition 3 I thought the price was very reasonable for what I had done( since the one drive was not working properly) 4 Work was completed very quickly and in the correct way I requested 5 I would use them again if I ever needed their assistance. GOOD JOB !!!

Two different businesses said recovery was not possible. I thought I would try a third. If I was told the same thing I would just resign myself that my pictures were gone forever. Curt is a miracle worker! He was able to recover 600 pictures from a flash drive that I had accidentally deleted. Highly recommend this company.

Very appreciative of Curt and this company's services in saving some irreplaceable files from a portable SSD that went haywire on me. Loads of photos and videos that inexplicably disappeared were recovered. Curt talked me through the whole process and did all he could to get as many memories restored from it as possible. Also wanted to add that they are very patient and up front about what the process entails, how long it will take, what to reasonably expect, and the costs involved. I at no time felt pressured, confused, or blindsided about what was happening and felt very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. I feel that this team genuinely cares about their customers and will diligently see through the recovery effort as completely as they can.
