I'm very pleased with the customer service and work with me on the recovery of lost data. I'm very happy that I was able to work with Secure Data during the data recovery process. I was working on trying to recover data from drives that were not readable on my laptop. After a call to Scott and Secure Data, I was able to find out if my hunch was correct and that some of the data can be recovered. Scott was able to work out a deal that made the recovery affordable and worked within my pay schedule. I will keep Secure Data in mind for future data recovery needs.

Saved My Files and My Sanity! I thought I had lost the last 4 years of precious photos when my external hard drive suddenly stopped connecting. My 1 terabyte portable drive would not show up on either of my computers. I had stored a lot of old photos in this drive. With Elliot’s help, Secure Data was able to recover all my files. I had 25 plus years worth of our lives on my external hard drive that one day just decided to quit working. Military information, checking/savings accounts information, photos, years of genealogy research and photos, videos....all just out of my reach on a non-working drive. I contacted Secure Data Recovery and was immediately contacted by Elliot Fisher. He walked me through the process, and was there for each and every question I had. He made a stressful situation so incredibly easy that I'm literally still in awe! The company was able to recover all my data! I had a catastrophic server failure where my RAID controller card in my server shorted, then caused damage to the motherboard in the server. I contacted FileSavers. I was told to drop off my drives at a Regus suite, and they would be sent off to the recovery team. Tillman reached out and made sure the drives were sent from the Regus suite and called me with updates each day. Tillman reached out and told me they were able to recover everything! I was told I needed to pay before they could release the data, which is understandable. I asked for a list of files that they were able to recover, and to my absolute surprise, it was the entire raid volume containing all our data! We paid, and then our drives were sent the next day, overnight shipping. I requested that they send my original drives back. They sent my drives back in the same condition I sent them in, and they were very nicely packaged along with the 2TB external drive containing our recovered data. All the data was recovered to the 2TB drive they sent me. I was able to rebuild my server. Thank you, guys, so much! You really saved us. You have earned a customer for life :) For anyone reading this, looking for a data recovery service, FileSavers is legit. It may not be cheap, but it's worth every penny. I looked around, and their prices were much better than others.
