This started in summer, 2022. Absolutely the worst experience from any service I've ever gotten. I don't even know where to begin. I had bought a faulty ONN harddrive (just my luck). Made the mistake of not backing it up. The drive stops working and I lose 90% of my stuff from my laptop. I send in my harddrive to Salvage Data. They assure me they would do their best to recover it. I do get a follow up about how severe my case is and that there's no way for them to recover anything. I've had to reach out MULTIPLE times to their online chat service to get any more news or how to have them send it back to me. I go more than a year without ANY follow up from this company and when I reached out again, THEY STILL NEVER SENT MY HARD DRIVE BACK. This whole process was emotionally draining as I was in the dark waiting to see if I could get anything recovered in the first place. I don't even think this is a real company. How could it be? They never followed up on THEIR END about MY case. I just can't believe the lack of communication from this "company". Just research intensely before picking any data recovery service.

My hard drive was damaged due to power outage. My computer wouldn’t turn on. Our it specialist tried his best but said drive was damaged and needed to be sent for data recovery. This drive contained my business related data and more and there was no backup.. I never thought something like this would happen to me. They managed to recover all data on drive including music I had downloaded earlier :) This is an honest company that takes its work seriously and their prices are affordable.
