Secure Data Recovery Services and specifically Scott was able to diagnose the issue with the SSD that windows was unable to recognize and provided a fair cost for the recovery of the data. They were prompt with there responses and although ultimately I decided not to have the SSD recovered I would reach out to them again especially for critical disk repairs.

After a lot of research, I settled on Secure DATA Recovery to help me recover all the data on my failed (2 Drive) NAS enclosure. I called and Eric Fisher answered the phone. After explaining my problem, Eric asked some questions to help him develop some possible options to my dilemma. He then went over all of the things that would be done in an effort to recover all the data on my drives as well as several levels of the operations they could do as well as the possible costs. Eric spent a lot of time explaining what they would do and some possible outcomes that could happen. He was very careful to explain everything in detail and made sure that I understood everything he said. He was a pleasure to speak with and made me feel like there was a very good possibility of full recovery of the data, but that until they received the drives it was impossible to make a blanket promise. I received back my 2 drives today and a third drive with the all the recovered Data on it. If I'm unable to make the 2 returned drives work in a new enclosure, I have all the data on this separate drive. Eric has communicated via email and phone calls every step of the process with information on the progress of the work and results as they stepped through the process of checking the drive and then checking the data for corruption errors. Then they sent me a list of all the folders and files they found. This was the greatest news. This NAS had all the pictures from years of photography from my cameras as well as the cell phones of all of our family members. needs to say I was a wreck at the beginning of this situation. But Eric comely talked me through everything and I am now finally at the point where everything is back to normal! I hope that I never have to talk to Eric again about any Nas I have in the future. But, if I do have an issue like this in the future, I will be calling Eric Fisher for his help right way. He is in my contacts now. Thank you Eric for your careful and calm demeaner when dealing with this kind of problem.

I was pleasantly surprised how straightforward and painless this process was. Especially after the sudden and unexpected failure of my hard drive. I thought the files were gone forever! My Account Representative, Eric Fisher, was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect. Thanks a million Eric!
