Data Recovery Labs met all my expectations. My hard drive sustained physical damage, thus making it impossible to retrieve data through any software means. Thankfully, they were able to retrieve all my data sector by sector. The quality of the work seems impeccable. After contacting Data Recovery Labs and learning about their process and likely range of fees, I sent my damaged drive to them. Within a few days, they provided an assessment of the damage, what it would cost to try to recover the data, and a guarantee that if I was not satisfied with the data they were able to recover, that I wouldn't have to pay for the service (to be clear, this means no data would be received at all). After remotely reviewing the data they recovered, I was able to confirm my satisfaction of the data recovery and authorize payment. The process was simple and clear. It just takes a little patience while the work is being performed. I would recommend Data Recovery Labs to anyone who needs a service they provide.

Data Recovery Labs pulled off what other labs had not been able to do, retrieve my data from my personal hard drive. I had two different experts look at the hard drive and tell me that it was either too hard or there was nothing on the hard drive (reformatted). This hard drive contained pictures of my family from some significant events, financial information, and genealogy information that I had failed to back up. Data Recovery Labs recovered all the pictures and other information on the hard drive. Alex called me and walked me through the data to ensure they had recovered all the information. He ensured that I was satisfied with the work and arrangements for the return of my information before the company charged me for the work. We feel so fortunate that we found Data Recovery Labs. After our external hard drive showed signs of failure I began a very exhausting search to 1) find out what was wrong and 2) find an economical way to fix it. Our hard drive began clicking when attempting to access files, which we know is very BAD. To our good fortune we found this team with offices all over the country. Following a few procedures in-house to attempt to recover data from a failed hard drive, we reached out to Data Recovery Labs for further evaluation. The process and assistance I received from the staff were excellent, from the first conversation with the support staff, until the data evaluation. The team at Data Recovery Labs was able to recover all of my files, from word documents, design files from Photoshop and InDesign and over 60,000 photos that were stored on the drive. The team at Data Recovery Labs was able to save my entire archive of files from the last 6-7 years, saving me countless hours it would have taken to redesign and recreate everything. The hard drive on our server computer suddenly gave us a hard disk error and wouldn’t work. We sent it out to a local tech person who works to recover hard drives but he was unable to transfer any files off of the hard drive. We then sent it to Data Recovery Labs where they clearly explained their procedures and our options. They gave helpful advice and got to working on the problem quickly. Once they were done with the recovery, they took extra steps in the verification process to ensure that the files were working properly before they charged us for the work.
