Found Secure Data Recovery Services after some research and a week wasted to unsuccessful recovery attempts locally - soo glad I sent my drive into them! I shipped my drive and they were calling me the next morning with a full explanation of what was causing the hardware to malfunction and what their plan was to repair it and extract all of my data. Eric D. helped me and was super fast and communicative the entire time, any time I called in I could always get an update. They recovered everything and I got the drive back within a week. For those doing their research, it's an expensive service (regardless of where you go, data recovery services are not cheap) but it's absolutely worth it. Thank you Eric and team!

It was traumatic to think I had last all my data. Eric worked with me and we were able to recover just about everything from a physically damaged disc. It was not cheap, but it was worth it, and Eric took good care of a very stressed client

I really appreciate the service that I have gotten from Secure Data Recovery Services. Jason Molinaro was my main contact upon the initial phone call about the HDD that I wanted to recover the data. Everyone else who answered the phone from dialing the extension was equally helpful. What was really nice was the deep discount that Jason applied which was extremely helpful. Getting a new HDD with the lost data is certainly fantastic. Looked at the initial log that was sent to me a week ago looks promising. The staff at Secure Data were fantastic. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. They keep you posted on every detail of the process and communicate with you continually from the start to the finish. They were able to recover our data, of which we had probably thousands of pictures that meant so much to my whole family, and they restored our precious memories. I would highly recommend them, they are a great team!

We had a drive die in a very important computer in our central office. From start to finish, Jason Molinaro was instrumental in getting our data recovered. He worked with us from the start and was very responsive as we worked through the particulars of the recovery. We're a Net30 customer, so they even waited for us to be able to run the payment by our board and squashed any issues that popped up. We got the drive back today, and everything is currently copying over! I couldn't be more thrilled with the service they provided to us. If this happens again (we hope it doesn't,) they'll be the first company we contact!
