Super nice guys and super smart . Apple Store technician could not even fix my daughter’s iPad, but folks here fixed all the problems and saved my daughter’s art work that she had spent tons of time working on. Highly recommend this place. The once couldn’t start iPad is working as new now.

I was in a panic when I realized my flash drive memory was lost and needed to retrieve. I researched about the companies do the memory recovery services and Secure Data Recovery was recommended by one of my brother's friends who works in IT. Jake Gambatese helped me through from the beginning until the end. He was very quick in responses and he provided me all the information I needed. On top of that, he worked with my financial situation and helped me get a reasonable price for my recovery needs. Although it was still on the pricey side, it was money well spent to retrieve my data and much faster than anticipated. Outstanding Customer Service. My hard drive crashed unexpectedly at a local computer service vendor and they could not help me further nor provide me with information on where to go for assistance. I researched on line and selected Secure Data Recovery and I am glad I did. Jonathon and the team at Secure Data Recovery were outstanding. Jonathon communicated promptly, and was very reassuring that the data could be recovered.
