I had a horrible experience with this company as well. Dead on the head like the guy before and I wish his comment was there before I was swindled out of $137 for an outlandish quote. Additionally, I also had NO earthly idea that they would be sending my phone elsewhere. I never agreed to that nor, was that mentioned when I asked the 101 questions I asked before sending my device to them. It was a waste of over a month, because I was told I'd have a quote within a week, it took them almost 3... It was a unsavory experience from beginning to end. Please save yourself the time and go with someone else. I wish these reviews would have been here when I needed them because I could have saved myself the time, money, and headache. The guy on the phone quoted me $300 to $500 for data recovery. I dropped the phone off in Las Vegas at a Regus office in Tivoli Village. After a few days, I received a $2,000 quote for the data extraction - just ridiculous. After rejecting the bait and switch quote, I requested my item back. The company told me that the item had been sent to their office in Pasadena, CA and that I would have to pay $37 for the item to be shipped to me. At no time was I informed that the item would be removed from Las Vegas. The company will quote section 5 of their contract to justify the $37 shipping charge despite the fact they have a "physical location" in Las Vegas. Had I shipped the item to them in Pasadena, CA, I would have understood the shipping charge. But I dropped the item off to them in Las Vegas, so at no point would I expect a shipping charge to receive my item back. There are other companies that do this type of work. I highly suggest you find ANYONE other than this company.

These guys are not even located in Las Vegas, they make it look as if they are. You will drop off your drive to a pencil pusher in a Regus office (a secretary to 1000 other companies all at the same time) and they will ship it off to another location,/state and then you will be asked to pay well over $2,000 for just about any device they work on. This is the way! Uhh no, it's not, sorry.

They charge a $99 fee just to assess *each* drive. All other places will do this for free!! This is also not a local business; the address is a drop-off location. The quotes they offer are also truly outrageous. They wanted $1000 for a simple hidden partition and $1600 for deleted content on hard drives with no physical damage. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth it and I'm out $200.
