The person who came to tow my car away was extremely rude asking me all sorts of questions like why I was where I was who my mom was and which house she lived in. I was nothing but compliant with what was happening to my car and why it was happening… called in to get my car again and the lady on the phone is extremely rude and not customer focused at all. Terrible service and i hope others (besides banks) don’t utilize their services. Overall experience was a 1 star and that 1 star went to the gentlemen who was in charge of getting the car out, he was the only decent person in the business.

How does a place that accepts cash ONLY not have change?? Also, the hours posted are incorrect. I asked an employee in person and she said they close at 5 on weekdays but online says 4pm. Also, my car was in there less than 24 hours but they're so unorganized that they couldn't find it for 15 minutes AND 4 cars were blocking me in and nobody knew where to find the keys for the cars blocking me. I had my E brake too on and now that I'm aware how dumb they are that I'm worried they didn't even use a bed to tow me correctly. 👎👎 Will sue if there's damage

They don't let you empty your car. They do it and can't do a thorough job and it took 2 separate trips and 3x b4 they got all or most of my things

Came in to get my vehicle had a release with me. Both ladies were very rude telling me I was lucky I was getting the car because they have time to process. Nasty attitude trashy people. Can’t believe a place of business can actually sit there and talk the way the they speak to customers. Would never recommend to anyone.

Missing my methadone as well as tools. We also watched the video where they towed our all wheel drive vehicle wrong with no sleds on a standard truck not a flatbed like they were supposed too. This place is trash 100% car was taken before 90 days of no payment.
