What Brent, Tillman, and the rest of the staff did for my family and me is absolutely amazing. I had so many memories and files stored on my external hard drive. Had a hard drive fail and checked my area for data recovery specialists. File Savers were the first to pop up, but I quickly learned this was simply because they rent out spaces in pretty much every city to game search algorithms. There's no actual office here, and they wanted 1400$ to do a job that $300 Data Recovery did for 500$. On top of that, when I declined their service and asked for the drive back, they didn't even send me a return invoice and I had to call them back several days later to get them to ship it.
