I had a 4TB Seagate external hard drive that I could no longer access the files from. Secure Data Recovery Services sent me a next day pre paid shipping box, they diagnosed my drive quickly and gave me a quote for recovery. I was not able to afford the first quote, but after talking shortly with Timur, we were able to come to a price I could afford. I got a new drive with all my documents only a few weeks later. I would highly recommend them for any data recovery services you may need.

I went to secure data when a 4 TB hard drive of mine with 3 years of work suddenly crashed on me. I'm a photographer and normally keep a second backup of all my work, but hadn't backed up in a few months and the other drive that I had backed everything else up to was not responding either (!!). Thankfully I was all caught up on work and had delivered all my galleries up to that point, and was able to send my drive in before a long holiday weekend. Secure data sent me over their pricing, and while it was more than I was hoping to spend, I also knew that it being for my business it needed to be done (hello, tax write off). They were so professional and confident they could get back all my data. They also made it clear that if they couldn't for some reason, I wouldn't be charged. Within a week they had sent me a preview of the recovered data. 95% recovery! Any files that weren't recovered weren't super important or were backed up on other drives I had. I approved for them to do the recovery and they shipped back a new drive and within a couple days I had all my files again, as if nothing had ever happened. I'm so thankful for experts like these, especially when events like this happen. Back up your stuff, but when those backups fail, you can trust secure data will take care of you! Drop off was convenient and easy. Communication was provided every step of the way. While it wasn't totally clear to me up front, the price does include a new drive to store the recovered data, including shipping and a compatible USB cable. The process is spendy, no doubt, but they recovered 100% of my data and I had the recovery drive in my possession within a few weeks. Very satisfied with the service!

The hard drive motor within my 2013 Dell tower stopped working without the hard drive being backed up. I lost all the files/data within the hard drive.
