I cannot recommend Michael Braza, Alex Miller, and Stillman highly enough. Michael and Alex were efficient and friendly. Their technical skill was exceptional—they successfully recovered all of my data despite a serious hardware issue. Stillman provided excellent customer service throughout the process and was outstanding to speak with. They did a really good job and communicated fairly well. only complaint is that the cost I was quoted was not the cost that I was charged. But it was worth my piece of mind

When my son’s school projects and family photos were locked away on a Mac that wouldn’t turn on, I was in shock. Aloha, I am Todd Hugo of Waimanalo O’ahu. My phone was badly damaged from being run over by a friends truck. I did not have my memorable photos and other important stuff backed up or on cloud! Another life lesson…. It was too damaged to get it to down load to my computer, took it to The Apple Store… they weren’t able to help because of the damage but they did direct me and turn me on to The File Savers Data Recovery people!! I was very hesitant at first because I had to send my phone to the mainland and I never heard of the company…. Then I got a call from Brendan from File Savers, he was very straight forward and professional. I paid my deposit to start the work and promised to “pay in full” if they could recovery my stuff on my phone that I thought for sure was a goner! I believe it took a little over 6 weeks but the File Savers People came through for me! They sent back my damaged phone with a small Toshiba Protable Storage Unit that I plugged in to my Laptop and saw all of my stuff that I thought was gone for good!
