Secure Data Recovery was great. Ivan took care of me throughout the process and was responsive and helpful. On the occasion he was not available, another team member was able to step in seamlessly. They were able to recover the vast majority of my data quickly and for a competitive price. I wish I knew a little more about the process from the beginning, like the initial drop-off site is not where the evaluation takes place. From there it gets mailed to the laboratory before they are able to provide an estimate for the recovery work. Otherwise, everything was great and they exceeded my expectations.

Eric was awesome! My external hard drive died on me, and it ended up being severely damaged. Eric was very honest about how much he thought they would be able to recover. He didn’t want to get my hopes up which I completely respected. But they were able to recover the majority of it! All the important documents and memories that I thought were lost forever have been found, and I could not be happier. Eric was so great to work with - quick to respond and so nice.
