Secure Data Recovery Services was very professional and able to recover all of the data on my phone that died unexpectedly and couldn't be repaired (losing countless, priceless photos). Secure Data Recovery saved our bacon! Although we had to pay additional for expediting our drive and the recovery process they were able to get us a clone of our failed drive as well as an encrypted drive with the files on it. They were able to get it diagnosed and recovered for us within 4 days. Tim Rutan was a pleasure to work with and answered our questions promptly. We will use them again if we experience another catastrophic drive failure. To clarify, this is an office and they ship the drive to their location out of state. This is a fairly common practice for data recovery. After looking, I do not believe that there is a data recovery company that has a cleanroom for this in the Salt Lake Valley.

Secure Data Recovery was amazing to work with from start to finish. The assigned case manager Kevin Patrick was very insightful and open about the cost of the process, what turnaround time would look like, and if there was a chance for data loss. We ended up getting 99.9% of all of our data back! This was amazing for us, and without Secure Data Recovery we would have had to start over on a lot of projects. Thank you again for the stellar service! Something to note is that they do send your hard drive out of state. The cost of shipping it back was expensive, however, we had our data back and working within 1-2 weeks of sending it off. Amazing experience; if this ever happens again we will be using them again.

Kevin was great at facilitating a smooth and easy transition for retrieving my data from my phone that had quit working and wouldn't come on. They were able to recover all my data I am truly grateful. They are a bit pricey though. Great service thank you guys.

I'm in a hospital now for 19 months recovering from interesting times. A 92 year-old "Seabee" Naval man wants out of the rehabilitation care center I'm in so bad that he goes into other peoples rooms to try and exit through the windows. I always entertain him if I'm in my room, but one time he was in there all alone. As he backed out in his wheelchair, he knocked my hard drive to the floor and busted connections internally. I had 684 GB of software and spreadsheets I've written, all lost, but for the good works of Kevin Patrick and Secure Data systems! They recovered every 1 and 0 on the drive. Having lost my ability to walk and desire to make something happen in life, I can say Kevin and Secure Data took care of me and gave me a break, but most of all, I'm full steam ahead and back in the saddle again. Talk about customer service - how about we call it what it is, and that's customer care! Thanks Gentlemen.
