My 2 TB external hard drive suddenly shut down permanently this past March and I was horrified at the thought of losing years worth of data. Thankfully, I was quickly paired with a plan with Secure Data Recovery as it is one of Western Digital's trusted partners. I was quickly and carefully guided through this process with the help of Jonathan, who was very helpful and patient with every detail, even after the drive's recovery process took a while longer than initially expected. It was well worth the wait though, as almost everything on my drive was salvageable and sent back to me in a timely manner. I can't imagine having lost so much data and am glad I was granted a second chance at keeping everything safe. Thanks again to SDR and Jonathan for their help!

I sent my bosses hard drive, to Kevin at secure data recovery, after his computer crashed. They were able to recover most of the data, with just a couple files that were damaged and not able to be recovered. He was amazing to work with. He explained the whole process to me in detail. He was very responsive, anytime I reached out, and if he wasn’t available, any of the other guys were very helpful and responsive as well. Overall super impressed with this company and their crew. I would highly recommend them if you need to recover your important information off or your hard drive.

Absolute life savers. My main storage HDD was failing, and every attempt to access it failed with it. I made several attempts at recovering the data on my own, and may have even damaged it in the process. Contacting SDRS was a last resort. Their customer service was quick, polite, and efficient, got me set up to analyze my drive day one and I received the report only a few days later. While it took a couple of (very understandable) weeks to recover my files from the damaged drive, they succeeded at recovering 99.5% of what I had. I still lost a small handful of vital files, but the amount that were preserved was massive in comparison. Got myself back up and running almost right away thanks to their work. The only downside I can think of is price-point, which was very steep, but knowing the intensity of the work and the final result, it was more than worth every penny. If you're at a complete loss to recover your data, I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent work all around.
