Absolute life savers. My main storage HDD was failing, and every attempt to access it failed with it. I made several attempts at recovering the data on my own, and may have even damaged it in the process. Contacting SDRS was a last resort. Their customer service was quick, polite, and efficient, got me set up to analyze my drive day one and I received the report only a few days later. While it took a couple of (very understandable) weeks to recover my files from the damaged drive, they succeeded at recovering 99.5% of what I had. I still lost a small handful of vital files, but the amount that were preserved was massive in comparison. Got myself back up and running almost right away thanks to their work. The only downside I can think of is price-point, which was very steep, but knowing the intensity of the work and the final result, it was more than worth every penny. If you're at a complete loss to recover your data, I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent work all around.

Big thank you to the team at Secure Data Recovery! They were able to recover files from an SSD which were not being seen by any recovery software available to us. They were upfront about pricing and delivered on their promise of data recovery. Once recovery was underway there were challenges that twice delayed the process, however the SDR team was communicative with status updates and ultimately delivered. Would use again and recommend to anyone needing professional data recovery services.

Secure Data Recovery was able to successfully retrieve the data on a damaged external hard drive. Friendly and professional service, but it cost a lot more than I expected - over $3,000 including a new external hard drive.

My son and I needed to retrieve hard drive data from two different devices. One was an old iMac that hadn't worked for years, and the other was a Surface Pro that was ruined due to water damage. In a matter of a couple of weeks, they sent us a new hard drive with all the recovered data and returned our original devices.
