I had data stored on a Western Digital MyBook since 2010. Drive was stored in its original packaging and box for years. I only accessed it once during all these years and did not think to back it up since it’s been safe for over a decade. Well, the day came when I needed it and found myself not being able to access the drive. My husband looked to AI for solutions after his methods didn’t pan out. We decided on Secure Data because they were a Western Digital partner. My representative, Kevin, was very responsive. Pricing was transparent. I had been on the fence about it but realize if I had to get it done, it would be with Secure Data or no one else. It was not cheap but when you realize how much work it took to retrieve my data (mine was considered the worst case scenario), it was worth every penny.

Scott was great in helping us recover our data. The recovery rate was very high, over 99% for a 1TB disk. Communication throughout the whole process was really good. Even though we selected a slower recovery timeline the lab was able to get the data back well before the target date. There were no hidden fees. Even though I hope to never get data recovered again, I would not hesitate to use their services again should that need arise.

Anna served as my point of contact between me and the technicians. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, promptly answered every question I had, and even helped me negotiate a price that I could afford. Secure Data recovered every last document off of my MacBook Pro that would no longer turn on, and I'm incredibly grateful for their service! Would highly recommend. They took a load of stress off my shoulders.

Due to the damage of my hard drive, the data couldn't be recovered unluckily, however I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future if I need it. The level of professionalism of Jake Gambatese is outstanding! He was very responsive, attentive and straightforward with us. We really appreciate the time he invested in helping us with our case. I highly recommend this company, they are the best in the market.
