FRC changed and saved my life. I stayed here at the beginning of the month after years of putting off inpatient mental health care, and I cannot properly explain how grateful I am to have found FRC. I drove 6.5 hours from my hometown, and it was well worth it for the compassionate and effective care I received. My case manager, Kaylee, was funny, wonderful, and brought light, safety, and clarity as she addressed all of my concerns. She made me feel prioritized during one of the most overwhelming periods of my life. My therapist, Alyssa, held space for me and helped me navigate some very complicated relationship dynamics that had been impacting my mental health. She generously let me flip through stickers during our sessions to personalize my treatment notebook and water bottle, which might sound like a little thing, but made me feel humanized, and gave me a sense of agency in a place where I, by safe treatment design, did not have much of it. The group facilitators were all pretty darn amazing, but Kellie, Eliot, and Peaches were standout facilitators who lead impactful groups that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. The food was delicious, and there were always alternative meal options if I didn't prefer what was on the menu for the day, as well as "grab and go" snacks and bakery items for throughout the day. They helped me regain hunger cues and healthy eating patterns after years of disordered eating/restriction. I am already in continued contact with many of the people I met in group, supporting each other in our recovery from afar, and I truly do not believe I would have had the sense of community that I did if it weren't for the staff and culture here. If you're questioning whether or not to seek treatment, I highly recommend you take the leap.

I am really concerned about this place. I have a loved one staying here. He is only allowed to call 30 min/week, broken up into two 15 min calls. No visitors are allowed at all. The only time you see your loved one is if you do family therapy together. My loved one has been here for a week and still no one has reached out to schedule therapy. He got here in a mental health crisis and I found out they cut his mental health meds off cold turkey and had him puking from withdrawal. I tried calling the clinical director and called the nurse line asking them to have the doctor call me back (I am listed as an emergency contact and family member 'in charge' of communication etc while he's there), and it's been two days without a phone call. He had to call work today to discuss his leave of absence and since he used 3 minutes on that, they only let us talk for 12 minutes. Like really? So if he has a work obligation ya'll count that as part of his very little talking time with his family too? They monitor every phone call and make them put it on speaker in front of them. So if something was going on, my loved one might not be able to tell me. Honestly there are better rehabs that will support your support network relationships staying strong - I would go to one of those if you have family/friends you want to stay in contact with. Avoid this rehab if your support network is important in your journey.

I do not recommend this place. They are highly manipulative. They will tell you one thing and do the other. They are honestly ripping people off. It's a bait and switch place. They do not teach any 12-step programs of AA or na. The facilitators, the nurses and most of the techs are wonderful. Caring people caseworkers are not helpful at all. Therapists are okay but again you walk in the door thinking one thing and they will bait and switch you to try and get more money out of you. I do not recommend at all. This place was awesome. Chynna was the best case manager and Megan was the best therapist. Kaisha, Karly, Vicky, and Alex are the best techs. All the staff were great all in all!

Phenomenal groups, therapists and food. Case management was a bit hard to get in touch with but you could chop it up to busyness. Special thanks to Kellie and Gretchen the group facilitators, and Brittany the therapist for making FRC feel welcoming and safe to kickstart my recovery!
