I can't recommend Ed enough! He was friendly, professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. My daughter's iPhone was repaired and working perfectly in less than an hour, and his prices were very reasonable. What impressed me the most was his honesty and outstanding customer service. He was the only person I found who was willing to check the phone and try to fix it before charging me anything. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. This was my second time interacting with Ed at Union Square Computers and his service was again awesome. I needed a cracked laptop screen replaced and he was able to quickly get me through the process of providing him with the required information before giving me a specific quote and detailed repair plan in under one hour. The repairs were done exactly as he specified and I was able to pickup the laptop just a few hours after leaving it with him. Great experience, excellent service, and good value. had a great experience here. The communication was clear the entire time, and everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. The issue with my laptop was diagnosed accurately, and the repair was done professionally even with some weather delays affecting shipping. I was in a pinch after Christmas to get my son's old PC case transferred into his new case. I called Union Square computers and instantly got a text from Ed, stating he would be more than happy to help me. He was cheaper than Best buy (avid user of Best buy and their Geek squad). I dropped off my cases to Ed on Monday at around 11 am. He texted me to let me know he was done with my order at 3 pm. What would have been an over night stay at Best buy he did in 4 hours. The work was amazing. Nothing was out of place, cords for all the components were properly secured and out of sight. I'll never use another facility to work on my PC's. And I have 5 in my home. Ed was very friendly, courteous and professional.

I had a cracked laptop screen and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I reached out on a Sunday and got a response almost immediately. He was upfront about the cost from the start and let me know exactly when the replacement screen would arrive, which allowed me to keep using my laptop for work until it was time for the repair. I dropped my laptop off on Wednesday afternoon, and it was ready by 8:00 AM the next morning. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. The repair was done perfectly, and honestly, the new screen works even better than the previous one. Professional, reliable, communicative, and efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone needing laptop repairs!
