These guys are great -- exactly as advertised ... you send your old media, they figure out how to read it and send you back the data and your old media. I had an old tape backup system that was no longer supported on Macs ... the backup tape was from 20 years ago. They read it and got the data back right away. Old photos I had not seen in years. And their support answered right away when I had questions. Really good service, really responsive. Front-end guys: Joe & Shaun, tech-support guy: Paul. Everyone I interacted with was awesome.

This company is amazing! From the initial consultation to the final delivery of the recovered files, they were professional and patient. They communicated frequently and the whole process was very easy to track. They also allow you to see how many files they would be able to recover, before you decide to finish the transaction with them. I am so glad I went with KLD Ontrack. It was worth the investment.

Very friendly people and very fast. They did get my hard drive open and told me how may files I had on it. I was surprised. I did have an old hard drive up to 2024 that I put back into my computer so I was able to get my machines running. I only lost 1 1/2 years of graphics. I decided to not have them retrieve it for me because I am a 1 person company and figured that since I had the old drive I could just redo the customers that I really need and scrap the one time things like boat numbers, etc. Thank you so much for trying

There are 2 Apple authorized data recovery service companies available in the USA. I will not name the other service company, but I will say that they had my MacBook Pro for about 6 weeks and finally gave up, stating they could not recover my data. Once I had it back, I sent my MBP to Ontrack, and within a couple days they told me they had successfully recovered the entire contents of my 2TB solid state drive. The price for the service was far less than what the first company quoted me. Adam is very professional and personable, and was very easy to work with. Thank you Ontrack!

I’m so incredibly thankful that I chose KL Discovery Ontrack for my data recovery project. They were able to restore a compaq tape that was more than 20 years old. I can access all the files beautifully! The turnaround time blew my mind, three days. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again for any day to recovery needs that I may have.
