Secure Data Recovery is an excellent company to help you out should you lose your data. They are very professional and really care about helping the customer. Our jump drive had broken off while in the laptop causing us to lose all our personal files which contained financial information, medical information, budgets, etc. Jonathan Nguyen communicated very well! He explained in detail what they would do to recover our data. When the task was complete, we recovered all our data in a timely manner. The device we received was an encrypted drive that could only be accessed with a password that was provided by their team. No worries about data being compromised or stolen via delivery carrier. I had a damaged cell phone that our local repair/recover shop couldn't do anything with. After doing a lot of research I came across Secure Data Recovery. Their prices are kind of steep but it's to be expected for the process they go through to recover the data. My data was pictures and videos of my daughter's first 6 months of life so it was very important to me to get those back. Alec was the representative that handled my case. He disclosed all the fees that would be included, had a good attitude, and was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had. It was at least two weeks after initial contact that I finally decided to proceed and send my device in. Alec called twice during that those two weeks just to check in and was never pushy. Once I finally send it in with a shipping label they provide, Alec notified me when the device was received, gave me a quote, and even worked on the recovery fee to try to get it lower (after talking to his operations manager they were able to drop the price considerably if I was willing to wait longer for the data to be recovered). He just called me today to let me know the data recovery process was finished and give me the verdict; I was so relieved to hear they were able to recover everything! He emailed me the invoice right after our phone call and told me once it was paid in full they will ship out a flash drive with my recovered data on it and he will provide me with the tracking number. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price but then again I'm not too knowledgeable of data recovery like that so it could be pretty average. If you have important/precious data that you're sure you've lost forever then I would highly recommend Secure Data Recovery.
