This place was great I went here the staff went above and. Beyond to help me get to the place I choose for further treatment they also got me multiple things I needed like clothes and cosmetics literature for the 12 step program I do! The groups were good. The clinical staff was very good to me and made me feel at home! Also there's tvs in the room so that was cool when I had nothing going on and the smoke breaks were just enough. And spaced very good! If have to go any where again its gonna be here!

From when my outside psych ordered my ssri’s to when they arrived took over a week, leaving me in ssri withdrawals for 5 days. Everyone passed the buck, telling me the meds were coming or that they didn’t know why they weren’t there and to ask someone else. After all this time my clinician was able to get them over from Prescott pharmacy for for me. I was far from the only one who had to suddenly stop taking psych meds with dangerous withdrawals due to their failures. It took 8 days of not seeing a case manager before my case manager introduced herself to let me know she was leaving on vacation the following day and that i would have a different case manager. Several of the RAs were indifferent, often on their phones or sleeping. However, Nicky was fantastic. There were some amazing, caring staff such as Sarah and Sabrina, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Had a bunch of stuff of value stolen from me by the staff. Be very careful to make sure you keep your valuables in lock up or on your person. I always loved this program and I've never had issues up until now but I really am disappointed in them I thought they were better than this but I guess that's what happens when you have recovering addicts working not all of them are truly working on themselves routinely. I guess they needed it more than me, hopefully they can give them a little more money because stealing from a homeless addict when they barely have anything and is recovering from losing everything they have is kind of sad.

Brianna & Mandy at the front desk was great welcoming my friend here! Great experience as a start they are very trained and deserve to be noticed by the higher ups. I hope that his experience here will continue as it started nothing other than great!

My experience at New England Recovery Center, aka NERC, went like this, so I had ended up completing it after being there for a total of 57 days, which is between Detox and CSS. At both levels, I have absolutely amazing case workers with me. And the RS Staff WOW! CONGRATULATIONS you have dealt with people of types of backgrounds, and they remain professional and calm. I would like to just shout out to Emanuel, Isaac, Brittney, Patricia, Erin (director of clinical CSS), Amy, Naz, and many more. I'm very appreciative for everything that NERC has done. If it wasn't for Sabrina and Amanda, I definitely would not have made it through all that. I would hands down recommend this to anyone who is struggling with addiction to please seek help help and make this the start to fix your life and begin the start of an only better way of living!
