I haven’t received my data yet but the customer service was pretty good and my questions were answered quickly. However, my initial $95 diagnosis fee was never applied to the final bill and that question was disregarded once they had my payment since my card was already in file. I still haven’t received my data before making this comment but I did see the list of files they were able to recover and I am happy with that. I wish they had options for amount of data you want because I mostly just wanted a single document from an 800GB recovery to which I still had to pay almost $2500. I understand the work that must be done to get them and am glad they were able to recover that single document but $2500 for a single document seems pretty excessive although it is my own fault for never backing it up elsewhere. A lot cheaper to buy a hard drive or two and backup your stuff.

Even though my data could not be retrieved due to the damage on my harddrive, they were extremely professional and very responsive to my questions. They are pricey depending on what needs to be done but they inform you of their estimate before starting any work so you can easily decline if it costs too much

Very good service. Reliable, seems all data was recovered. It was a bit expensive. As I was told quotes go from $120 to a lot of zeros... but I guess $120 is for very small amount of data. I had quite a bit to recover and had to pay almost $ 2000.
