My lab had ~1TB of critical data that we had neglected to back up regularly (or at all). Wouldn't you know that without warning one day we were unable to access any of the data on the drive! Secure Data was able to recover nearly 100% of the data, much to the relief of a student who had spent many hours saving images for analysis later. Despite my many questions and some delay in deciding to commit to the data recovery, Scott McMacken was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process and maintained communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Scott and Secure Data should your storage media become corrupted or otherwise inaccessible. I am completely satisfied with the results of the data recovery.

I kept all my stuff in one spot. Stupid, I know. I had an older external drive take a tumble which caused it to fail on me. I reached out to these guys and they were fast to respond, fast to help have it shipped out, and they worked meticulously on my drive and kept in touch with me through the process. The most important files I thought I lost - the last digital photos in existence of my parents who have passed on, the newborn pictures and videos of my son - have made their way back to me thanks to the help of these guys.

Thanks to my customer service representative Elliot F. for being so helpful and knowledgeable. He was the representative that answered when I called and kept in touch with me through phone and email. It was nice to communicate with the same person throughout the whole process. He was really great at explaining how it all worked and keeping me updated as we moved through each process. The company was able to get all of my data back for me and ship it to me in a hard drive. I would recommend their services to anyone!

I had a great experience with Secure Data after my external hard drive crashed. Chris, the data recovery specialist who worked with me, literally called my cell phone before I had left the parking lot after dropping the drive off to be sent to Secure Data. He talked me through every step of the process. They were efficient and recovered everything from the drive except for a single photograph. The only way I could be happier, is if I'd been smart enough to back up my data so that I didn't need their services in the first place (lesson learned.)
