I recently checked myself into the TRC because I was having a horrible depressive episode. The staff were all very kind and accommodating and I am appreciative that they were focused on getting me back to normalcy and helping connect me to the resources that I need to recover. I'm sure that some people have a different experience as not everyone checks themselves in, but they really do try to make it a safe environment to get better. This is a much-needed service to the community of Lawrence and the staff really does care.

I was so grateful to this facility in a time of need after I lost my Dad. I had a therapist and a mental health provider already, but on a Saturday morning during my first and only panic attack the TRC is what I had available. The staff let me know there would be a wait. The therapist really validated my feelings and experience and helped me ease the embarrassment I had in not being able to control my situation myself. The nurse practitioner was able to get a plan in place until I was able to get follow up with my primary team. I felt so normalized and supported and and this experience helped me manage my grief.

Excellent experience at uBreakiFix! I brought in my iPhone 11 Pro Max for a battery replacement and was originally quoted $135. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Best of all, they replaced the battery in about an hour, which was much faster than I expected. It’s great to find a business that is willing to work with customers on pricing while still providing quick, quality service. I highly recommend uBreakiFix on 23rd st. for phone repairs and battery replacements or any electronics repair needed. I’ll definitely return if I need any future repairs.

Overall great experience. The guys were extremely polite and welcoming. They listened extremely well and resolved my issue in no time. I watched them work with multiple customers as I waited for my phone to be fixed and it was extremely impressive how they engaged and helped every person who came into the store. I would highly recommend them.

Quick & Easy screen replacement via an insurance claim. Shemar was wonderful to work with. Estimated time to complete repair was 3hrs, he had it done in about 2hrs. This is my second experience with this company & both times they've made the frustration of shattering your phone as QUICK & PAINLESS as possible! Appreciate their customer service & quality work.
