Great Service! I had a great experience using this company to recovery data on a damaged SSD drive. Kevin Patrick, their account manager, outlined the process and answered all of our questions along the way. Everything was delivered as promised. Sending prepaid shipping to ship SSD to be tested before any invoicing. First attempts were unsuccessful and believe the data was lost with no charge. Weeks later I received a call from Kevin that the techs did not give up and tried again using a different process and was successful. I received all my data saving me 100 man hours having to rebuilding programs and drawings. We will definitely use this company again in the future. thank you well worth the money.

I just called them to get information and the person on the phone (Rich) was extremely helpful. He explained all the process, pricing, conditions very clearly. I found their pricing range reasonable, from $500 to $2,500 (depending on the final diagnostics) for a 4TB external drive. Also, no data recovery, no pay. In case I decline service there is no charges but a small shipping fee. Will post another one review once they execute the work.

I had a wonderful experience using this company. Our organization's computer hard drive crashed and Elijah Robinson our account rep was amazing to work with. He responded to his emails in a timely fashion. He was super diligent and even called when he needed to clarify important information. There was no ask that was too big . Our nonprofit organization had a wonderful experience with Secure data. We got our hard drive restored and received great customer service. I came into the process half way since someone else was handling it on our company's end and Elijah brought me up to speed and was great to work with.
