After having an unexpected, non-functioning USB flash drive, I was not sure what happened, but clearly understood I no longer had access to a few years of data (both work and personal) that I never backed up any where else. I located Data Savers in a search, but was still not hopeful of a positive outcome. After vacillating about this recovery process, I finally dropped off my USB flash drive and few days later received confirmation Data Savers could help restore some of my file and agreed to proceed. Not sure about how much of my data would be recovered. When I obtain my restored data and begin reviewing and opening files, so far they have all been restored. My 15 year Mac computer died and I thought it would be a easy process to transfer over once I purchase another computer. The old computer was messing up the new computer and I couldn't get my Data.
