I have been thrilled with this company. The person I worked with was Eric Fisher. He was absolutely the most professional, patient, knowledgeable and responsive person I could have asked for. I faced losing years of data but Eric talked me through their process and armed me with realistic expectations. I immediately felt hopeful! He kept me updated throughout the process and couldn’t believe how quickly my data was recovered. A+ service!!!

I want to thank the kind people at Secure Data Recovery for all their hard work in saving the thousands of photos, videos, & audio on my badly damaged storage device. It held so many memories of family members, pets, (that have passed away) & the apartment I lived in for 52 years before having to move out a few years ago, as well as other happy memories I had stored on the device, & I had no hard copies of any of it. I was heart broken when I found out they may be lost for good, until I contacted Secure Data Recovery & explained my situation, & my low income. They were able to retrieve all of my lost data, except for one small file, which wasn't important, compared to the many thousands they recovered. I went into this believing I had no chance of getting back all these memories, but after talking with a gentleman named Eric, I came away feeling much more confident, that there was a good chance I'd see my photos, videos, & audio again. He explained their success rate which was amazing, & once they finally had a chance to check my storage device, they felt confident they could retrieve most of my files. Eric also helped me negotiate a lower cost for the services, since I have an extremely low income. All around, I'm very pleased with this company & recommend it highly! I dont believe this is an actual Secure data recovery service office. I drove there and rang the bell and no one answered. So I called the number on the website. A rep answered and when I told them I was outside they said they have NO office at that address. And the closest one would be at Clearwater?? There was also a sign that said mister fixit that had a different number so I called that one too. Same thing no one answered. The website said there were open 11am-7pm and I showed around 1pm. What a waste of time.
