Very dissappinted. This was going well at first. Customer sevice was great in the beginning and confidence they exerted was reassuring. They have a good process to send in your device. I paid i believe about $300 dollars for the "attempt fee" What bothers me is that they sent me an email saying that my data COULD be recovered, of which i was ecstatic. That hard drive was is my lifeline. A few weeks pass and then they tell me that my data is NOT recoverable. I reached out to ask what went wrong and nothing but silence was achieved. So now i have to pay for a useless attempt fee and return shipping fee for a dead hard drive. I had a really good experience at first but how are they going to let me down like that? Do they not know what theyre doing? Did they break something inside that left it unrecoverable?
