I just completed the procees of having the data on my external hard drive rescued by Secure Data Recovery Services. They were able to save over 99% of my data. My first contact with Secure Data was with Timur Granovskii. He took my initial call and did a great job of explaining what the process was and answered all of my questions. Timur was my contact throughout the process. I was able to email him with questions that I had along the way. He always responded within a few hours which I really appreciated. Timur and Secure Data met all of my expectations. I hope I never have to use them again, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of data recovery service.

Scott McMacken was extremely professional when it came to getting my external hard drive fixed. He throughly explained the process of how my hard drive would be taken care of and the pricing options for how fast the job would be done. Even with the standard option, my drive was looked over and diagnosed quickly and Scott gave me an update every step of the way and made sure I knew how the process was going and what needed to be done during it on my part.
