Being the first time our company needed data recovery services, and not being an IT expert or familiar with the data recovery process, I was a little anxious. I recently dropped my external hard drive which stores 1,000’s of family pictures including our trips. I was so upset when I realized that I could no longer access my pictures. Those pictures represent years of memories of my family and I had spent hours and hours editing and transferring the pictures to my external hard drive. I called a data recovery company that I found online (no names). I was not happy with the customer service representative who answered the telephone. He seemed disinterested in my situation, almost bored, and he gave me no reason to want to pursue their help. Secure Data Recovery Services was the second company that I called and Val answered the phone. He immediately made me feel hopeful and confident that my pictures could be recovered. He even managed to make me laugh out loud in my time of despair! I am happy to report that all of my pictures were recovered and there is peace in my valley once more! I hope to never need a data recovery company again but if I do, I’m going to call Secure Data Recovery Services and I’m going to ask for Val! (Thanks, Val).
