Mr. Mike from BounceBack Data Recovery is very reputable. When my external hard drive stopped working, containing at least 20 years' worth of photos and important data, I contacted his company after trying several other companies in St. Louis. Unlike others that required me to mail my hard drive out of state, BounceBack Data was able to perform the recovery locally. He successfully recovered all my data at a reasonable price. Mr. Mike was honest and reliable, and I would recommend him for any data recovery issues.

I was up on a Saturday night, deep into Sunday morning finishing a new PC build. I had to take out my Samsung 1TB 860 EVO M.2 SSD out of my old PC, while doing so, I ended up slipping and stabbing the M.2, right by were the screw is at that holds down the M.2's board. I finished the build, it started first try. I noticed no matter what I tried, the SSD was no longer being detected/working. I called BounceBack (Mike) on that same Sunday around 11am, I told him what happened, I got the drive to him pronto by taking it there (I'm in the STL area). I asked him not to rush on the recovery process. By Tuesday evening he was able to successfully read the data off of my dead SSD. There was thorough communication where needed to get this process resolved. I took him my new M.2 that I had purchased and we put the data onto the new drive by Saturday (I asked for/chose that time of the week myself for MY convenience). ALL data was successfully recovered! The price was honestly less than I expected... Great job Mike!

Sadly the price was a bit high for me to go in person and recieve help to recover my data (which is why I left 4 stars) but the man on the phone was EXTREMELY helpful. He even sent me links which helped set me up for success to do it on my own - free of charge. This was very kind of him and helped ease my nervousness about the situation.

BounceBack Data Recovery did a great job recovering all of my data! I thought my MacBook Pro was having battery trouble and after having it diagnosed at an Apple Repair Center, I learned that it had a circuitry failure. I was told I was going to potentially pay several thousands of dollars to get my data back. Mike at BounceBack was able to do a 100% FULL RECOVERY for much, much less. Mike was easy to communicate with and was willing to answer any questions I had. The hard drive of my main computer at my law firm failed on a Friday, and I thought I lost all my 30 years of client records, but Mike saved the day! Not only did he recover my records, but did it in a prompt fashion, was very knowledgeable, accessible, personable and kept me up to date on his progress.
