While my specific recovery was expensive, the shipping process, transparency, and customer service were top notch. Eric was on top of his game in making sure I understood what was been done to recover my data and how it was going to be returned to me. Hopefully I will never need data recovery services again but if I do, I will absolutely will reach out to them.

Secure Data Recovery Services is the absolute place to go if you have a hard drive, cell phone, etc., that contains your valuable data. I had a Seagate external hard drive that had crashed. It would no longer power up, and I was worried that I had lost all my files forever. I did some research to find a data recovery service and also inquired from several of my computer-savvy friends who had had similar experiences. They all highly recommended Secure Data Recovery and had had excellent success in recovering lost data. They told me to go nowhere else!! I contacted Secure Data Recovery to see what they could do for me. I dropped off my Seagate drive, and in only about 2 weeks, they contacted me to tell me that all the data had been recovered successfully. Their pricing was very reasonable. I found Jake and his colleagues very easy to work with. They immediately had assured me that the chances of complete recovery would be at, or almost 100%. They had recovered all my files, and much sooner than the 5-6 week time window they originally gave me. I will employ their services again in a heartbeat if ever I have a similar experience with a crash or corruption. Kudos to Jake and his colleagues!!! Job well done!!!

My main drive unexpectedly stopped working, and hadn't been backed up... I had both personal and business files stored on it, so it was quite the blow! Secure Data was able to recover 90% of my files, as my drive had some physical damage to it. I'm very pleased with the results and their time was very responsive throughout the entire process. Sad that I had this happen, but thankful for the assistance and recovery!
