Chase was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the situation with my MacBook Pro’s hard drive failure and what the likelihood of data recovery was. He deserves 5 stars! My only complaint is in regards to the length of time it took for the recovery to be completed - around 10 weeks from the date I sent it in.
