We called and needed data recovery asap with a business cell phone. We were NOT told the legitimate time phrases and prices. They quoted us a certain dollar amount (thousands) and then when we sent the cell phone in, they called us with their diagnosis. Now they’re saying it will take 3-6 weeks, knowing we said we needed it asap. If they would have told us this then we wouldn’t have ever spent the money and sent the cell phone in. Absolutely ridiculously misleading!!! Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.
