When I buy a backup drive, lifelong data storage is what I expect. That’s how I used to think anyway, ages ago. The main question was whether or not to buy two instead, since I clicked on a sale But then a disk died. And the Disk Utility app couldn’t get it going again. After the drive repair place couldn’t save my tail, somebody in a user group sent me to Secure Data Recovery. Thank heavens for this company! Secure data didn’t only dig up the desperately needed files. It never felt like calling the IRS in early April. And Jake Gambatese made the experience even better. He *really* took care of me. Since then more drives have croaked, but this company doesn’t give me dread when I have to make contact. Obviously, I hate it when a drive proves that it isn’t just napping. But when it’s obviously time to call, get hold of Secure Data Recovery to rescue your stuff. And ask for Jake Gambatese.

I worked with Scott McMacken to recover data from a failed raid configuration. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and worked with every step of the way. In the end we were able to get a full recovery of the data. 10/5 stars for Scott!!!

I had a Raid 0 Hard Drive failure and was told multiple times from different places that it was nearly impossible to recover the data off them. I stumble across Secure Data Recovery Services while researching a lab to send my drives to online. The customer service there was fantastic. After receiving my request, Mitchell Moore contacted me further with excellent assistance throughout the whole process. Mitchell and his team were able to provide diagnostics and discovered that the Read/ Write Heads were torn and bent. Unfortunately, they had to address the issues in a clean room where both the hard drives were imaged. After the imaging process was complete, the RAID was reassembled into the correct configuration and the data was extracted. After the information was extracted, my data was transferred into an external hard drive and shipped back to me through FedEx. I received an email the next day with information about when the hard drive would arrive. The entire recovery process was complete within one week with the new external drive arriving safe and sound. I feel like I got my life’s history back. So if you are someone or if you know someone with a RAID 0 hard drive failure, I highly recommend contacting Secure Data Recovery Services in a heartbeat.

Had an M2 drive fail and reached out to Secure Data Recovery Services. This is not my first attempt using recovery services after 25 years in the IT Field so I was holding my breath! Timothy Rutan answered and took great care of me. I was never in question with the process, procedures or timeframes. Service was EXCEPTIONAL. All future data recovery from myself and my company will go through Secure Data Recovery and will directly request for Timothy. Again, amazing service and communication!!! FYI, everything was recovered...WOW.
