These guys were fantastic. I am so thankful that I contacted this company. They worked with me on my recovery. They were patient with my hesitancy in using their services. Once we reached an agreement on costs and services, they fulfilled their commitment, and I was so happy that I used their services. Now I have my own data, my external storage and no longer struggle with passcodes not being sent cloud storage companies, or binge block by other external sources of storage when I am working. The recovery was complete and made affordable. The professionalism and assurances of Anna, my representative, cannot be undervalued. As long as this kind of service is replicated, I can recommend them with hesitancy.

I'll be honest that I started with both a good and bad impression of Secure Data Recovery. I was assisted by rep Scott Moses. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. My initial bad impression was because the estimate they gave was 3 times more expensive than any other quote I'd received. However, when I advised Scott their quote was too much and provided the other estimates I had received, Secure Data was able to work with me on cost. It meant they only worked on my hard drive during off peak times and only if the techs were finished with other work, but I was not in a rush and it was a big load off that they were able to work with me as I could not afford a large bill. Even with the stipulations for the reduced cost, it felt like they didn't have my hard drive long before all the work was done. Scott kept me updated the entire time and I had my new drive in no time with ALL my pictures, videos, etc. I was very satisfied with Secure Data Recovery's work and my rep, Scott Moses. Definitely recommended.

Secure Data with the help of Jonathan N helped retrieved my lost data. My hard drive had died. All my Excel spreadsheets, tax records, word, PDFs, and downloads were lost. Jonathan walked me through the process and choices so that I could get my data recovered. He took time to answer all my questions.
