Had Recovery done at the NOVA location a few months ago but thought it would be good to leave a review. Disk Doctors Labs went above and beyond to recover my data. I had data which was integral to what I needed to present the following week on Monday (I called late on a Friday evening) and the data was made ready for me by Sunday evening. I was told I was fortunate in that the recovery was not extremely tough and I was offered a fair price but opted to pay an extra fee to have them work over the weekend. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend Disk Doctors to anyone who has lost their data. My computer crashed during a routine software upgrade, and I was not able to access years of family photos, and was worried that they were permanently lost. Mr. Shahid Khan was simply outstanding. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, he kept me updated on every step along the way, and explained in non-technical language (so that I could understand exactly what was going on) the issues that needed fixing. I dropped off the computer on New Year's Eve, and he worked on it every day, including New Year's Day, until it was fixed. Within a few days, he was able to retrieve my data, and save it on an external drive. He then replaced the hard drive in my computer, and got it working again. Furthermore, he was extremely considerate about the cost of the services, which is a rare quality in most businesses in this day and age. Mr. Shahid Khan is not only an expert in data recovery, but is also truly a gentleman who puts customer service at the very top of his priorities. He is kind, friendly, and responds immediately to texts and phone calls. It was truly a pleasure to work with Disk Doctors. Thank you so much, Shahid.
