This company has the worse customer service and they are literal liars. I have tried to collect personal items for almost two weeks now one with running into the issue that my personal item was my wallet that had my id an I was told I couldn’t have anyone else pick up my items. I still proceeded to schedule an appointment for today at 10:30AM yesterday afternoon. I got there this morning and was told my car was already cleaned and it only had my tag. I told them there’s no way only my tag was there. I know for sure my wallet was left in my car. They then stated “oh your car has been loaded on the top of the truck to be transported” I politely took my tag and went back to my car and called to request for a manager. I don’t know whoever the manager was she was extremely rude and had the nerve to say your car was cleaned I said I heard that before but I know for sure my wallet was in my car because it’s no longer in my purse. She asked where was the wallet located. I said I didn’t know it’s somewhere in the car to check or to bring the car down so I can properly check myself. She said it’s your fault you don’t know where your wallet is. When I started to get upset she tried to over talk and throw me on hold then came back on the line to say someone was bringing my wallet to the front of the yard. It seems if I was never firm you guys would’ve either kept it or transported it without even allowing me to collect items I scheduled this appointment for. And as a manager to tell me the appointment isn’t for the car it’s for personal items. Well I would need to collect the personal item out the car don’t you think? How can I collect it if yall were going to transport it the day of my appointment.

No one never return a call so I can pick up my personal belongings my blood pressure medicine my son's seizure medication so now its like they will not answer so now they have stolen my personal belongings. They said I could retrieve them. Can someone explain.

So yes I put my self in this spot to deal with this company. They cane and got my car I had to wait 2 hours for my loan to open. Then had to wait 2 hours before they open at 10am to find out that I had to make an appointment for the following Monday to get my work keys out of the car. Got my payment up by 12pm called back I had to wait till 130pm on Wednesday to pick up my car!! So I drove 45 mins to Burlington! The little office where I don’t see why you have to make a appointment so far out cause they just sitting there do nothing is bs, but give them my id they say I dont think your car is here!! Wait what???!! It’s in Durham the tow truck guess broke down so they never even sent it up there. We had to drive 30 minutes back to Durham! Pulled up signed papers without seeing my car!! Went down and got in my car and will I ever have to deal with those people again my anxiety was so bad they could have gave me back my car Monday or Tuesday!!!!! Don’t understand why you have to wait for an appointment to get your car when it took 5 seconds to sign paperwork!!

Worse company ever. I don’t care that they came to pick up a truck but damaging property to get the vehicle and then not responding when a claim is put in is ridiculous. It has been over two weeks and no response from anyone and they hang up the phone when you do try to call them. So disrespectful!!

My experience was pleasant. I called, made the appt and it was quick. I arrived@ time given and handle business. The only reason that you didn't get a 5 was because it was truly hard to hear the people on the phone.
