Kindly ask the client to provide basic contact information for our reference and receipt:

Step 2. Please print the Service Authorization form and ask the client to sign it, if they already have a signed copy this step can be skipped.

Step 3. The client is all set! Now lets take care of getting the item to SALVAGEDATA.

Step 4. Packing Instructions

a. Place the device in one (or two if needed) of the FedEx padded envelopes provided and pack the device securely in one of the provided medium FedEx boxes with the signed service authorization form. If the item doesn't fit, call us at 800-972-3282 to facilitate the delivery of new packing materials.

b. Affix the shipping label to the box or FedEx Pak with either shipping tape or a FedEx slip.

c. Ensure the package is available for the FedEx driver during the selected pickup window.
