Sanctions can occur when your organization cannot demonstrate the proper handling of documents and data to prevent spoliation. SalvageData Discovery provides tracking and documentation from original source of all information through production, including preparation and execution of supporting affidavits when needed. The implementation of a litigation hold is an important event and should not be taken lightly. It is no longer sufficient to issue a litigation hold and fail to follow up, or to collect from a custodian once and assume you are done. SalvageData Discovery staff will implement the hold, provide follow up support and training, monitor the hold and update procedures, and provide documentation to support your litigation hold efforts.
