Handheld devices such as PDAs, MP3 players, and the like are exposed to more inadvertent abuse on a daily basis than most desktop computers. Whether damaged by human error, acts of nature, or simply misfortune, if you have data that needs to be recovered from any of these products, you’ve come to the right place. As the foremost providers of data recovery services we’ve developed procedures and techniques to perform data recovery and repair on physically damaged PDA devices that others might consider impossible due to broken screens damaged buttons.
Our in-house recovery service requires the shipment of your damaged device to one of our locations, where our experienced engineers will determine what needs to be done to recover your data. Once recoverability is established, with your approval the restoration process commences.
After the recovery process is completed the data can be returned via CD, email, or a replacement device that you supply. Most Palm and PocketPC diagnostics and recovery jobs are completed in 2-3 days.
Please note: PDA devices using flash memory cards that have lost power are not recoverable. Our recovery service for PDAs are for physically damaged devices that do not respond to user input but have not suffered an interruption of power.
All PDA Data Recovery cases are subject to a $99.00 evaluation fee.
Please note: With most flash memory configured devices, if there is no backup battery and loss of power occurs, the data is not recoverable.
