Q. How much do you pay in commissions?

| A. Partners earn 10% commissions on all completed cases that have been submitted via their partner/referral link.

Q. Is there any way to earn more than the standard 10% commission on completed cases?
|
A. Yes, commissions higher than 10% can be earned by attaining various volume tiers per quarter:
1-5 cases completed via partner/referral link: 10%
6 - 10 cases completed via partner/referral link: 12.5%
10+ cases completed via partner/referral link: 15%

How often are commissions paid?

A.
Commissions are paid in 30 day cycles. Eligibility for payment occurs 20 days after your submitted case is complete (meaning 20 days after payment for the data recovery services have been received in full).
EXAMPLE BELOW:
Case submitted: April 1st
Case completed: April 7th
Partner Payment Cleared: April 27th eligible for payment
If your case completion misses the 30 day cycle, payment will be sent within the next 30 day cycle. All checks are cut the last week of every month. Payment should be expected within 30 days of the date that payment has cleared.

Do you offer any commission statistics?

Yes. Once you've been approved for our partner program simply log into your partner account and check "Account Status” to view commission status and details, and:
- Current and recently submitted cases
- Case numbers
- Case details

How are my sales tracked?
|

Partner/Referral links contain unique identifiers allowing us to "cookie" anyone coming from your web site. Over 99% of all Internet users have cookies enabled in their browsers (less than 1% of all users have their cookies disabled). Once our cookie is set it will track traffic from your website for up to 60 days. This means if someone came from your web site to our website and submitted a case, but not that same day, if they came back within those 60 days and later submitted and completed a case, you would still get your commission.

Do I earn commissions on personal Data Recovery purchases?

Yes. You will receive commissions for ALL purchases completed via your partner link, including if you ever need personal data recovery services.

What do I do if I've lost my Partner Program password?
|

Use our password retrieval link to request lost passwords. We will email you using the email address you've provided while joining our partner program. The email will provide you with a link that allows you to change your login password.

Yes! SalvageData Recovery provides data recovery service to customers all over the world and works with international partners. The SalvageData Recovery Partner Program is a worldwide program open to all partners who meet our acceptance requirements.

How long will it take for me to receive the brochures I requested?

From the time of your request, please allow up to 10 working days for national partners and up to 15 working days for international partners.

How do I submit a customer case? Do I have to call in?

No, you do not have to call in to submit a case. You can fill out and submit the case information online through your partner link.

How can I tell if my case has been completed?

You can log into your partner account portal and check your case status there or you can call 1-800-970-7188 and request the information from your account account representative.

Do I get paid commission on submitted cases or do I only get paid on completed cases?

You would only make commission on cases that were submitted and completed, meaning the customer has followed through and had their data recovered and have paid in full.
