Q. How will my data be returned?

A. Typically we return your recovered data on one or more CD-ROMs, containing up to 1.2GB. Anything over 1.2 GB of recovered data is returned to you on DVDs (up to 8GB). Data exceeding 8GB must be put on a new external USB hard drive, formatted to your specifications. You may also supply the hard drive or media of your choice, in order for us to return the data.
