Expedited Rush

When time is of the utmost importance, this emergency response, priority level service is ideally suited for organizations dealing with mission critical information outage. If and when necessary we coordinate with organization's IT staff for immediate on-site deployment, anywhere in North America, to assure fastest possible up-time.

Service Details
Diagnostics Processed immediately upon receipt (including nights and weekends) by senior level engineers to assure fastest possible diagnostics time. On-site deployment for diagnostics also available in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Turnaround Absolute fastest possible turnaround with 24/7, 365 days of the year, around the clock “all-hands-on deck” coverage by senior engineers and dedicated account project managers. Around the clock rushed service includes nights, weekends, and holidays coverage.
Delivery Critical files made accessible immediately via secure SharePoint or FTP downloaded upon completion, includes SalvageData driver or secure courior signed media delivery throughout U.S and Canada locations.
Security Unique NDA confidentiality agreement terms in addition to standard SOC III Security protocals and processes followed throughout project.
Updates 24/7 - 365 instant phone and email notifications and direct access to account representative for immediate updates through each and every progressive stage of the recovey process in addition to automated system updates.

Expedited Priority

Ideally suited for individuals / organizations looking to have data recovered within 2 - 3 business days. Salvagedata will work with supporting IT staff to assure fastest possible up-time.

Service Details
Diagnostics Processesed immediately upon receipt of media during standard business hours, Monday - Friday, to assure fastest possible diagnostics.
Turnaround Nonstop uninterupted hands on coverage by senior engineers and dedicated account project managers during standard Monday - Friday business hours.
Delivery Critical files made accessible immediately via secure SharePoint or FTP downloade upon completion. Also includes courior signed media delivery if within 100 mile radius of lab location.
Security Unique NDA confidentiality agreement terms in addition to standard SOC III Security protocals and processes followed throughout project.
Updates Priority phone and email notifications for key phases of the recovey process in addition to automated system updates
Cost Requires upfront security deposit of $500.00

Standard Priority

We work with you to assure the fastest possible standard turnaround time, averaging 4 - 7 business days, supported by our highly rated and dedicated customer service account representative team.

Service Details
Diagnostics Evaluation completed within 24-48hrs of media being received during normal business hours.
Turnaround 5 - 7 business days (averaging 1 week)
Delivery Data is provided via backup media (External HDD, USB, DVDs, etc)
Security SOC III Security protocals and processes followed throughout project.
Updates Progressive notifications in addition to email automated notifications
Cost No deposit or up front fees

Eco Salvage

The pricing of our EcoSalvage, ISO certified service competes directly with non-certified, third rate "data recovery" shops without compromisign quality for substandard services or high risks. All recoveries are performed by our own lab technicians, but on a longer turnaround time schedule at reduced price ranges for disk drives and media sizes of 1TB or less and for 200GB or less of total recovered data.

Turnaround 10 - 15 business days (averaging 2 weeks)
Delivery Data is provided via customer provided backup media (External HDD, USB, DVDs, etc) up to 100GB
