At SalvageData Recovery we understand that every case and client has different needs and cost tolerances. That's why we offer several service level options to accommodate every situation, budget and time urgency need.
SalvageData Recovery realizes how important time is when it comes to getting your data back. If your business relies on the data you have lost, then you can't get it back quickly enough. For such cases, SalvageData offers a Critical Expedited Service option. This is for critical data that needs to be recovered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This service level is ideally suited for technology businesses dealing with mission critical information and when time is of the utmost importance. SalvageData has the experience of addressing various critical data loss situations for enterprise class data centers, government agencies, educational institutions, manufacturing, health, and financial service sector industries. If and when necessary, we are here ready to provide you with fast access to a team of highly experienced on-site data recovery technicians, standing by 24/7 for immediate deployment anywhere in Canada and the United States.
If you would like to have a case expedited, simply select the "Critical Expedited" option when submitting a case and contact our office directly to make arrangements.
It's not uncommon with Expedited Service to get your data back to you in as little or less than 24 hours. However, this depends on how extensive the failure is and what type of recovery method will be required. Typically, Expedited Service can save anywhere from 3-5 business days on the recovery time, which means you get your data back faster and your business can get back to normal sooner, with reduced downtime.
SalvageData guarantees the fastest possible recovery time based on immediate allocation of all available resources. All expedited recovery cases receive 24/7, around the clock (nights, weekends, and holidays) uninterrupted coverage by dedicated senior level engineers to assure the fastest possible turnaround time. This service level has no guaranteed date or time of completion, as project circumstances can vary widely.
*Please contact our office and speak to an account representative about setting up an expedited case. The free USB/eSTATA FireWire drive offer is not available for encrypted externals.

If the best possible chance for the successful recovery of your data is critical, then pricing should not be your key determining factor in choosing a company. The pricing of our EcoSalvage, ISO certified service competes directly with non-certified, third rate "data recovery shops" offering substandard services, but without the additional substandard quality and risks. All recoveries are performed by our own lab technicians, but on a longer turnaround time schedule at reduced price ranges for disk drives and media sizes of 1TB or less and for 200GB or less of total recovered data.

Our EcoSalvage Recovery Service is available for all media brands and makes of the following digital storage product types:
Hard Drive Recovery - In-lab services for crashed, damaged or failed hard disk drives and magnetic disk storage media. Single IDE/SATA/USB-FireWire/E-SATA disk drive prices range from $200 - $700 for logical recoveries and $700 to $1,700 for more complex physical disk failure projects. Desktop drives greater than 1TB+ and laptop drives exceeding 500GB: Our economy EcoSalvage service is geared towards both desktop drives greater than 1TB+ and laptop drives exceeding 500GB with < 200GB or less of recovered data. Drives of larger capacity experiencing physical failures often use headstacks of 4+ read/write heads and perpendicular recording methodology for extremely tight track compression ratios. This presents unique calibration challenges that often require the use of multiple costly parts with extended labor hours for successful recovery. As a result, both desktop drives greater than 1TB+ and laptop drives exceeding 500GB do not qualify for this EcoSalvage pricing.
We understand that the minimum $500 cost to service such devices may be prohibitive for some. If you find that to be the case and the best competent efforts for successful recovery is not your priority or primary concern, then please feel free to seek out other third-rate competing outfits or equivalent do-it-yourself solutions.
