The Adaptec Serial Attached SCSI 44300 card is a four-port controller with one x 4 internal SFF-8484 connector featuring Adaptec HostRAID - an integrated RAID technology that maximizes system performance and uptime. The Adaptec 44300 supports up to four direct attached drives and up to 128 devices using expander technology. The card offers RAID Levels 0, 1, 10 and JBOD as well as 48-bit LBA support for the use of disk drives exceeding 137GB in capacity. The Adaptec 44300 supports Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, and Linux.
